[Sivart Reborn 7]

Not by me, just got it in an email:

 

In your arms I feel so safe,

Experiancing your warm embrace,

And in my dreams I see your face,

How lucky could I be?

 

Your smile alone brings light to my day,

And I still search for the words to say,

Just to tell you everyday,

How much you mean to me.

 

When I hear your voice I melt inside,

And each new day I realize,

That you make me feel so alive,

How lucky could I be?

 

Words are not my specialty,

To tell you what you mean to me,

But no matter what I hope you see,

Just how much you are to me.

Just a little poem I came up with just now:

 

I've burned every forrest,

and I've dried out every sea,

I've ruined every city,

every place where life could be,

I've destroyed and I've slaughtered,

every living thing but me,

It wasn't out of cruelty,

I just needed some privacy.

This reminds me, where in the name of the flying christmonkeys of eastern Holland is Sivart?

 

I miss Sivart. He inspired me to write bad poetry! Which is always good because it is in bad poetry you find insight, or excrement. Depends really.

Well, not too good at poems myself. But as to try and get into posting along with everyone, here's one I wrote recently.

 

 

Sleepless Nights

 

Bound by the hands of fate.

I know why I lay awake.

Endless tormenation from my very damnation.

Hidden lies from every eye,

I do not know where to go.

From here to there,

And everything near.

Nothing changes,

nothing changes.

Twisted fate,

Of unknown hate.

Decending lies,

& unheard crys.

This is why I lay awake.

Nothing changes,

nothing changes.

Past to present.

Future to come.

Why do I feel so numb?

Death and destruction

My thoughts of deduction

Why so sleepless nights?

Weaving and turning

My head lay burning

Tossing & stiring

These thoughts are reoccuring.

Are they mine?

Or are they not?

Darkest of the shadow

Hidden the light so bright.

This is why I lay awake at night.

Moonlight Delight

 

In the shining light

Our hearts we're filled with delights

As you stood gleaming in the moon

I was amazed as you bloomed

 

Sparkling as you smiled

Innocence of a child

Looking into your eyes

I saw a love that could not die

 

I embraced your soft hands

With a love time can't stand

The gentleness of your touch

A kindness unknown of such

 

The Silkiness of your hair

As it shines in the midnight air

The smoothness of your skin

It's soft-spoken as the wind

 

 

*I have yet to finish this...*

 

Only problem with this one was their wasn't much metaphor in it. And i just never got around to finishing it <.<

Um...no and sort of yes. I kind of was thinking about someone when i wrote it. But I didn't really write it for anyone. It would be difficult to explain it beyond that.
