He does just about everything. Small parish, so he ends up doing most of the Church related work. Also prays a lot, but he grew up on a farm so he kinda has that "God helps those who help themselves" approach to it.

 

Moiraine had Lan to boss around though, so she wasn't totally out in nowhere.

And Mea when she baked a pie the sister who ate it "took one bite and turned green". Sounds like me when I'm in a kitchen. My stove is afraid of me and my pots had to seek post-traumatic counseling. And I'm pretty sure my sink composes suicide notes on a regular basis. But they get washed away with the debris of failed cooking.

I bet Lan would do it though! I bet he'd rather eat Trolloc food then having to cook for Moiraine every single evening. If he had a chance he juts mght take it and feed Moiraine it instead. I somehow feel Lan is nasty like that.

She did bake a pie! But it was so ungood that the Sister didn't eat it. It was Siuan's fish pie that made her have a twisty sick tummy, and she had to be healed!

 

Momo could probably use the Power to fry things to a crisp, but I bet Lan had to do most of the cooking! What's a simple campfire thing she could have learned to make? Potatoes?

I bet she knows how to make dried apricots! She probably picked some from a tree they passed and put them in her bag. And then, some year laters: "OMG! I made dried aprictos all by myself! Yummy! *crunch crunch* Ehh... *pupils dilating*"

 

And maybe that's the true reason Lan had to ride his horse to death in order to get Moiraine to a healer.
