What movies would you recommend to other people?

 

I have an ulterior motive for making this thread. >:-) My netflix queue is really empty and I need to fill it with new movies/shows!

 

Here are mine, to be fair! *likes a lot of movies*

I totally agree on Muppets, Treasure Island and The Big Lebowski. I'd recommend Robin Hood: Men in Tights, Monty Python's The Meaning of Life and My Fair Lady. (Yay! A young Jeremy Brett. They didn't let him sing, though.)

Oh, and did you get "Casanova"? I started watching it for David Tennant (Barty Crouch in "Goblet of Fire"; the Tenth Doctor in "Doctor Who") but quite liked the flashback approach and the story too.

 

I must buy "To Kill a Mockingbird". And will watch "Last King of Scotland" and "Order of the Phoenix" this weekend!

I haven't gotten to Casanova on the list yet, but it's only a couple away! Don't you keep hearing that? *giggles* I promise I won't bump it again, only I had to see Victor/Victoria! (It's on it's way)

 

Speaking of BBC, Tipping the Velvet I dunno how much will be censored in some editions though.
