Kaitlin 22
I have gotten two hours of sleep in three days. I was going to say "two sleeps". But now I can't fall asleep! What is the best cure for insomnia besides a good crack on the head? I have no drinks.

Or if you can't reach your peak, just screw until you collapse from exhaustion. This has been a public service announcement brought to Moiraine's World by Olivia.

I've heard the same (For guys anyways), besides Olivia's suggestion I don't know anything that helps. GL Kaitlin! =
Ekho 52
I normally sit up and watch late night tv until I feel sleepy (of course thats probably why I rarely get to sleep before 2)

I got 6 hours last night! It seems related but I swear I'm innocent. Usually sex or masturbation makes me sleepy for twenty minutes or so and then I am energized. I think I might need sleep meds but I hate the idea of them.
Ishmael Moridin 0
Does exercising help ? Try to jog or do some other strenuous physical exercise. Once you come back and have a hot shower and a dinner, you'll sleep like a baby
Ekho 52
Iv always found exercise makes me more energized and less likely to sleep
AshSnow 0
Same...exercise hypes me up. Though certain dinners do make me sleepy.
Ekho 52
Anything with cheese in it right before bed always gives me weird dreams:P
AshSnow 0
Lol. I don't think I've had food do that to me. Edited October 12, 2008 by AshSnow
Kaitlin 22
Exercise hypes me up too. Actually if I do a ton of it in the morning it can help with falling asleep sometimes. Cheese makes me sleepy but weird dreams happen too. Dreams about sharks leaping up on the beach and turning into seals as they hit the sand barriers, and then into army platoons. *thinks of last night's mac and cheese induced dream* Also, I went to an Obama rally. The crowd was too big for me to see over but a couple of women showed me how to peek under the press bleachers to get a look. I didn't bring a camera. :C He was really kind and relaxed with us, even though he had about four places to visit in philly alone yesterday and no break in between. I think he went to get some pie out of the diner afterward because everyone was plastered against the windows. He said at the beginning that he was thinking about it because people were complaining he was too thin. Everyone was so excited to see him of course, but there weren't screaming fan girls and boys like I just kind of assumed there would be. Even the teenagers were shushing the crowd when we went into the metal detectors so that they could hear what he was saying (I got there right at he started), and everyone was very respectful of each other in the crowd. It was a totally different feel than what the McCain crowds look like, and of course the Palin ones. Obama didn't get negative at all. jan 14
Ooh exciting! I think the only time I went to see a political rally was in my journalism training days! Though of course the rallies here are a different cup of tea...
