Got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. Apparently it's something that's supposed to be done when you're a teenager, but better late than never I guess. Wasn't as painful as they made it out to be.

I didn't even have them as a teen...and there are no plans of pulling them out now either. I think everyone prefers me wise and mature.

Wait... wisdom teeth are supposed to be pulled out? I have two, in my lower jaw, but they work just like regular teeth. Nothing wrong with them.

 

And hi everybody It seems that Brandon Sanderson made me lose interest altogether in my favourite pair so I've forgot to check back.

@ Brynefan: They only have to get pulled out if you don't have space for them in your jaw. You must be one of the lucky ones who had enough space. When I was a teen I was told I'd have enough space but now they said because the rest of my teeth are so big it was better to pull all 4 wisdom teeth out before they start causing jaw problems (they were right at the edge where they were starting to cut against the flesh/gum whatever of my jaw, could lead to inflammation and serious infection, etc).

 

And welcome back, BTW. Sorry that Sanderson ruined your favorite pair for you (I feel your pain; RJ ruined my favorite pair for me too! Well, he created it in the first place, but still!)

Those teeth are looking pretty big. It's hard to tell, though! My sister had to get her wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and I saw them sitting in their little cup afterward. They asked her if she wanted to take them home but she did not! I had mine pulled when I was 21 or so, after two became impacted. I had three altogether. The fourth never grew in. /story of teeth

 

And Sanderson had better not ruin my favorite pairing.
