A WoT film could be amazing if done by the right people. It will be very hard to make it good though. it would need someone who really loves the books and who can make justice to it on the screen. The movie has to be grim and violent like the books and have the overfloowing joy of the happy scenes.

We will need like Quentin tarantino mixed with Peter jackson and some other people all melded into one person, oh and he has to be high so he can see the beauty of WoT like we do.

Quentin Tarantino is good and all but he'd make his own version of WoT not Robert Jordan's WoT. Although, that might be a good thing.

 

If I had to pick director, I might go with Tim Burton... but he'll mostly make his own version of it too.

 

Infact, most good directors would probably make it the way they see it... but I don't think there is a chance of anyone good actually wanting to touch WoT.

 

Maybe Peter Jackson would be a good choice after all? I really dislike his work and all but he'd probably get it pretty much WoT.

Im not sure how great RJ would be at directing it, maybe he could just finish the series first while someone else directs the films

By the way, why did you have to pick Jenifer Garnier to play Nynaeve? Sounds like some of you hate pouting little nyn but you can't possibly hate her THAT much! Oh and I'd like someone darker to play Rand, not dark as in skin color (although he i an aiel and I always figured aiels would look arabic)

Hmm. Just thought since they have lived in a desert for 2000 years or something like that their pigment had darkened. Is pigment the right word in english?
