Brynefan 2
Pretty sure. It's the same coffee I always drink. My brother is horrible with his computer! I tell him time after time to use Firefox, which I even installed for him, but he refuses to listen. IE takes twice as long to start up, but still he won't see that point either. Then I'm the one he always blames for getting viruses on his PC. Bah! Him having a trojan in his directory right now is proof for me. I suppose he's the average Windows user
Ekho 52
My siblings are the same, they refuse to use firefox, despite how much faster it is

jan 14
Why not compromise and use Opera?
Kaitlin 22
I had to clear up some of the many addons for ff. It was taking too long. FireFTP has to stay though. *hugs it*
Brynefan 2
Aww, come on !! Don't be like that It's his attitude that makes me the most annoyed. I'm doing all the maintenance and he blames me for all the problems that he causes. He's using XP with IE 6, so I dare say it would be wiser to use Firefox. That doesn't make me a horrible person. I only use the googlebar addition. Somehow that's all I need. Chocolate man!
Ishmael Moridin 0
Ah, I know how that can be. IE6 doesn't have tabbed browsing right ? Try to show him the advantages of using FF - tabbed browsing and pop-ups control and he'll be convinced
Brynefan 2
It HAS tabbed browsing, as a result of Google Toolbar I think. There went the best argument. He doesn't care about the pop-ups either. Best to leave this subject.
jan 14
IE6 has a lot of security issues. Isn't that a good enough argument? If he must use IE, at least upgrade to IE7, though that's just a lesser of the two evils.
Brynefan 2
He doesn't care because he doesn't have to clean up the mess. I'll have a look at Opera. Maybe that suits his taste better, because his main argument against Firefox was ugliness. (I think FF is beautiful compared to IE and it leaves more space for the actual page.) Ishmael Moridin 0
Yep, I feel FF is cleaner and more beautiful than IE.
